Oh, do I have a treat for you today! I recently had the pleasure of capturing the love between two of my best friends, Caitlin and Jimmy, during their Countryside Sunset Couple Session in NSW. As a Newcastle and Hunter Valley couple photographer, I’m always on the lookout for unique and adventurous couples to photograph, and these two definitely fit the bill.

We started our session in the early evening, with the sun slowly setting in the background. The warm golden light was simply breathtaking, and it made for the most beautiful photos. Caitlin and Jimmy were both a little nervous at first, but I knew that once they got comfortable in front of the camera, they’d be naturals – and boy, was I right! They were so relaxed and carefree, and their love for each other shone through in every photo. A couple of bevvies is a good way to relax too!

We wandered around the countryside, stopping at various locations to take photos. We even had their beautiful lab Ziggy jump in for a few photos! Caitlin and Jimmy were both up for anything, which made the session so much fun. We climbed fences, sat in tall grass, and even danced in the sunset. It was the most magical evening, and I feel so grateful to have been a part of it.

As a Newcastle and Hunter Valley couple photographer, I feel so lucky to have so many beautiful locations to choose from. But this session with Caitlin and Jimmy was definitely one of my favorites. The countryside provided the perfect backdrop for their love story, and it was a joy to capture every moment.
